  • A Security Dongle is required to upgrade to version 10
  • If you have a current subscription, the dongle and the activation code will be shipped to you
  • If you need to purchase a subscription update, please call 480.827.8665
  • Domestic Parcel Post is included (USPS)
  • Canadian and International First Class Mail is included
  • All shipments will be made using USPS
  • If you want to upgrade to a faster shipping method (UPS, Express Mail, Priority Mail, etc.), Please call 480.827.8665 to pay for the difference in price
  • You will be notified if there are any problems with your update
  • Updates are shipped in bulk. Please allow up to 3 days for processing your request and send your dongle
